The fine print.

Shipping

• We ship printed items within the United States only.
• Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order. It is free when the printed items in your order total $75 or more.
• Printed items are made to order and ship in 3-7 business days.
• Orders that contain only digital downloads have no shipping charge.
• Sales tax is calculated at payment.

Returns

• If a printed item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it.
• Custom or used items cannot be returned.
• Printed items are 3D printed to order, so small differences in layer lines and colour shade are normal and are not defects.

Digital downloads

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is corrupt or will not open, contact us and we will fix it.
• Your purchase is a personal-use license. You may print the models for yourself and for gifts.
• You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or sell prints made from them.

Privacy

• This site stores your cart only in your browser, on your device. We do not run advertising or tracking scripts here.
• Our payment provider handles your card and address details. They are never entered on, or stored by, this site.
